As a Growth Marketing Manager - Customer Lifecycle, you’ll drive revenue expansion within our existing customer base by developing and executing targeted campaigns that increase retention, accelerate product adoption, and maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Using data-driven insights, you’ll optimize performance, identify high-value customer segments, and test new strategies to expand customer lifetime value (CLV). About Your Team
We're responsible for growing revenue within our existing customer base. We use data, insights, and experimentation to drive cross-sell, upsell, migration, and churn reduction—contributing to overall revenue targets for North America. Our shared focus is ensuring customers find long-term value and remain customers for life. We're a kind, inclusive and collaborative team that values connection and brings plenty of fun to work.
Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
Ideally focused on customer lifecycle marketing driving upsell, cross-sell, and customer revenue growth (but not required)
Ability to expand on strategy and support the development of messaging that resonates with target customer segments.
Proficiency in building campaign analytics and reporting using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot).
Experience identifying gaps in the marketing funnel, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and making data driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Basic level proficiency using Microsoft Excel to built reports and providing insights.
Ability to effectively and proactively communicate customer marketing activities across different stakeholders, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - you are known for being an active listening and an engaging, inquisitive, proactive communicator.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, meet deadlines with solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable working in an agile environment and effectively collaborating with different teams.
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Atlanta (619 Ponce De Leon) Office.

Assist in the development, planning and execution of customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
Manage campaigns across channels and tactics such as email, webinars, direct mail, and SMS.
Manage customer nurture programs by creating compelling copy for campaign promotions and ensure consistency and quality.
Collect, structure, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders for campaign evaluation and optimization.
Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Data, and Automation teams.
