Assistant Controller
Director, Experiential Learning and SimulationWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the management of our experiential learning commons and simulation lab. As an Assistant Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the experiential learning commons and simulation lab
- Maintain accurate records and reports for facility usage and maintenance
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate events and activities
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
- Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
