Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time Senior Enrollment Advisor for the office of Enrollment Management. The Senior Enrollment Advisor will coordinate and contribute to the success of initiatives designed to identify, attract, and enroll students in Saint Francis University's undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs in both on-campus and online modalities. This role will communicate with prospective students and applicants using a high level of personalization and customer service to offer support throughout the enrollment process.
The position requires proficient knowledge, understanding, and execution of enrollment standards and operations. Also needed is an extensive knowledge of the institution's programs, services and processes. Successful candidate must fully embrace and promote the unique Catholic, Franciscan mission and identity of the University.
A bachelor's degree is required with at least three years' serving in recruitment, advising, coaching, or consultative sales role. Experience working in a goal-driven, measured performance and team environment required. Additional qualifications include excellent customer service and time management skills, high learning agility, creative problem solving, exceptional oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and professionalism. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for both one-on-one interactions and group presentations with diverse populations of students. Upbeat and outgoing personality with a desire to encourage students to succeed and ability to address and overcome student concerns. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills. Must also possess superior ability and desire to work closely with prospective Saint Francis University students and their families. Overnight travel is extensive and a valid driver's license is required.
