The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for daily operations of Dining, Housekeeping, LifeStreams, Maintenance, Resident Service, Security and Spiritual Care ensuring quality, consistency, and excellent service across the continuum of care. The COO is responsible for cultivating talent and providing opportunities for team members. - Oversee daily operations and the work of directors.
- Work collaboratively to assess, develop, and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures to enhance the resident experience, improve quality and increase efficiency.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment.
- Coach and develop the team to deliver against key metrics while optimizing their capabilities.
- Act as a strategic partner on the executive team.
- Promote Saint John’s culture and vision.
- Represent Saint John’s with residents, families, business partners, and the public.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Healthcare Administration.
- Must hold, or obtain within 6 months of hire, a Wisconsin Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator’s license.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience leading a complex multi-disciplinary team.
- Must have at 10 years of management experience
