St. Joseph's Center is searching for a compassionate candidate to support the clinical director and the therapy department in coordinating the provision of services to clients and residents.
The primary function of this position is to support the clinical director and the therapy department in coordinating the provision of services to clients and residents. Duties include clerical, scheduling therapy services, data management, therapist credentialing, patient file preparation, outpatient therapy services reimbursement coordination including; understanding EOB’s, therapy billing collections, therapy billing consolidations, therapy billing appeals management, third party reimbursement contract management, correspondence with insurance providers, clients and legal representatives, quality assurance third party billing contract with billing coordinator and other administrative support tasks in a cost effective manner.
