The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in legal research, document drafting, public law, and real estate matters providing essential support to in-house general counsel and enhancing their understanding of legal processes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare legal memos, correspondence, and other legal writing
- Prepare first drafts of basic legal documents
- Assist with real estate closing preparation
- Assist with document/contract approval and signature process
- Maintain legal records and files
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
- Current student in good standing at an accredited law school
