Summary
This position is accountable for supporting staff by performing a wide range of basic clerical / office tasks for the Office of Human Resources.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs clerical tasks such as copying, filing, scanning and typing documents.
Qualifications
- MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY - FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIRED
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task
- Shows professionalism as appropriate for an office environment; strong interpersonal skills and ability to show hospitality
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)
Description of Hours : Students will be scheduled during the hours of 8 : 30am-3 : 00pm, based on student's needs.
