- Schedule : Unscheduled between Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-6 : 00pm
Your Role and Team - Neuromuscular Therapies :
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Therapy Aide to support our rehabilitation team and help patients in their recovery journey. In this role, you will assist with basic patient care, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety during therapy sessions and daily activities. You may help transport patients to and from therapy, monitor their well-being, and assist the therapist with mobility tasks using proper safety techniques. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment by managing therapy equipment, performing minor repairs, and stocking necessary supplies. Your ability to anticipate and address equipment needs will ensure smooth, effective therapy sessions. In addition to patient care, you will help to ensure efficient patient flow and communicate any changes to staff and patients.
