Your Role With Us:
- Assists and collaborates with Medical Staff Office credentialing personnel with initial applications and reappointments.
- Sending out and preparing initial applications and reappointments; Processing of returned applications for initial appointment and reappointment
- Expire process for credentialed providers; Delinquent medical records process for credentialed providers; Monitoring requirements for initial applicants.
- Provides administrative credentialing support to the Medical Staff Office; Types, edits and creates correspondence, reports and confidential material; Schedules and prepares agendas and meeting materials; Attends meetings, writes and distributes minutes in an accurate and timely manner as needed.
- Participates in in lean initiatives as they pertain to medical staff, participates in development, implementation and follow-up of resolutions, including interdepartmental collaboration.

Background/Expertise:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of office experience in a medical setting required.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, and must be able to effectively prepare, present and discuss reports and studies with management, physicians and other appropriate groups and individuals.
- Demonstrated skills with software programs such as MS Office Suite.
