Your Role With Us :
Come join our dynamic and collaborative Inpatient Rehab Therapy team working to empower patients. We value collaboration and teamwork to help our patients meet their goals. At Salem Health you get to work at the top of your license, providing intensive therapy (3 hours per day, 5 days out of the week) with patients who have experienced stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputation, and other general rehabilitation needs within our inpatient rehabilitation unit. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients using evidence-based standards and personalized treatment plans. You'll collaborate with patients and families to set achievable goals and ensure progress towards them, all while prioritizing patient safety. Your responsibilities will include accurate documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, efficient caseload management, and adherence to regulatory standards. Bring your communication skills and clinical competence to the table, and contribute to continuous performance improvement.
