Even more, the Salem R80 School District rewards the longevity commitment of certified staff by doubling the step down in years 8, 18, and 28 from the regular increase creating a substantial boost for educators! Additionally, Salem R80 also offers Career Ladder Stage I - $1500, State II - $3000, Stage III - $5000 to enhance the educational experience of students by recognizing and rewarding productive, effective educators.
