Description :
Labor & Delivery / Post-Partum RN position available. This role will involve working in a 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit providing care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patients. The unit includes L&D, PP, NBN, 2 operating rooms, 2 antepartum rooms, and a recovery room. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and possess skills in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care. The clinician to patient ratio varies from 1 : 2-3 for evaluations to 1 : 1 for active labor situations. Average daily census ranges from 15-25 patients. This position requires a flexible shift schedule including day, evening, and night rotations with one night of call. Must hold active Massachusetts RN License and certifications in BLS, NRP, and EFM. ACLS certification is preferred. EPIC EMR experience is beneficial.
