- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in organizing events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support business operations, including document preparation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Ensure seamless workflow by managing priorities and anticipating needs.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry is a plus.
