Key Responsibilities



Operational Efficiency:

• Support the Operations Manager in streamlining daily business processes and workflows.
• Monitor operational KPIs and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
• Help manage resource allocation and ensure timely completion of projects.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze current procedures and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Document and implement new operational processes to align with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Support the preparation of operational reports for senior leadership review.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Contribute to risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

• Location Requirement: Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site daily.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1–2 years in an operations, logistics, or project coordination role.
• Exposure to working with clients or internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office and operational management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
