Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market products or services.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, as well as external partners in developing, implementing, and marketing strategies, plans, and business models.
- Lead the sales department in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business or alliance development projects, while being responsible for marketing and sales reporting to Germany.
- Provide input and expertise to the management team on new product or service features to meet current and future customer needs.
- Research and learn about new emerging technologies and trends. Manage the CRK (Risk Committee) process on applicable projects.
- Maintain the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and oversee tradeshow participation set-up.
- Plan marketing and promotions, including advertising and marketing strategies. Market to new and existing customers by creating, developing, and implementing various business solutions.
- Estimate demand for proposed projects based on market research and consumer trends.
