🔹 Prospect & build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at biotech, pharma, and med device companies
🔹 Develop a book of business by identifying and securing staffing partnerships in manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and validation
🔹 Work closely with recruiters to align talent solutions with client needs
🔹 Negotiate contracts & close deals while providing best-in-class service to clients
