What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive Software Sales position at PSNI, LLC?
PSNI is looking for an enthusiastic AE to join our sales team! AEs are responsible for the full life cycle of a sale, from lead identification through contract close. During the sales process, you will be working with a diverse group of K-12 stakeholders to uncover and understand their specific challenges and present the PSNI solutions that alleviate those issues.
Responsibilities
- Product mastery– develop a deep understanding of our SaaS solution and professional services and effectively convey how they align with the requirements of healthcare professionals within the K-12 setting
- Territory management– conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and establish initial connections with prospective schools within your territory, including tradeshow events, onsite meetings, and live presentations (outbound travel apx. 15 times annually)
- Pipeline management– manage and oversee a pipeline of qualified prospects, working with sales leadership on a monthly schedule
- Sales Strategy– devise and implement an evaluation strategy for prospects, guiding them through discovery using a consultative sales approach, validating through product demonstrations, preparing written proposals and successfully closing the sale
- Documentation– proficiency in and dedication to an established sales and CRM documentation process
The Must Haves
- Communication– expert-level in conveying ideas clearly through written and spoken channels
- Organization– demonstrate strategic thinking and planning skills, adeptness in creating and adhering to daily task lists prioritizing high-value activities, and independently managing a high volume of leads/opportunities
- Experience working in K-12 and/or EHR software sales is preferred, but not required
- Candidates with 4 years of experience in professional SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting goals is a must
- This position requires in office attendance and must be able to pass a NH criminal background check
