This award-winning company is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, specializing in distributing consumer electronic products across e-commerce and retail channels. Up-and-coming electronic brands enjoy leveraging this logistics provider's established retail relationships to grow sales across major channels like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, and more.
Due to an internal promotion, the team is ready to hire a new customer-centric professional coming with e-commerce product listing experience.
As a Customer Program Manager, you will partner with other sales team members toonboard new customers, manage the listing of products, and remove products as needed. As needs arise, you will be an ongoing contact for customer support.
The team needs a proactive individual with strong customer service skills, as you would partner with clients small-to-large.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of e-commerce sales support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly coachable and self-driven personality
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite
BENEFITS
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
