Due to growth, the team needs to hire an inside customer support / inside sales professional.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will build relationships with current clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product and service information. You will also help to promote additional offerings depending on each customer's needs.
This role collaborates closely with other internal sales team members to assist in improving support processes and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of professional customer support and / or inside sales experience
- Experience assisting customers via phone and email
- Tech-savvy with an interest in consumer electronic goods (phones, computers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail adhering to customer contract standards or regulations
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite
- Able to work in the Beaverton / Tigard-area office. The team works remotely 1 day a week after the first 90 days of employment.
BENEFITS
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
