THE JOB
The Senior Solutions Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting U.S.-based sales reps by addressing technical concerns and helping close deals with speed and confidence. This is a highly collaborative, pre-sales role focused on simplifying complex ideas for prospective clients, troubleshooting, and proving the value of the product. Key responsibilities include :
- Working closely with 3-4 sales reps to support enterprise deals.
- Managing pre-sales technical support, including proof of concept development and product capability demonstrations.
- Simplifying IoT, router, and wireless technology concepts for decision-makers.
- Providing channel partner support.
- Limited travel to trade shows; primarily video conferencing-based interactions.
- This position reports directly to the Head of Product (based abroad) and is fully remote.
