We’re hiring a Part-Time General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Salora Day Spa and Abundant Life Clinic of Chiropractic—two connected businesses sharing one location, dedicated to therapeutic healing and elevated care.

Although you’ll be supporting two distinct businesses, they operate seamlessly together in one shared location with a unified team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As General Manager – Spa & Clinic Operations, you’ll ensure our staff and clients feel supported, our businesses run smoothly, and our values are carried out every day. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations for both the spa and clinic

• Hiring and releasing staff as needed, in collaboration with ownership

• Scheduling and supervising team members

• Reviewing and approving timecards

• Covering front desk or back-of-house shifts when needed

• Handling inventory and ordering supplies

• Serving as the point of escalation for client concerns

• Managing the public-facing image of the business, including:

• Delegating and following through on social media, promotions, and digital marketing

• Occasionally assisting with content creation, such as video snippets or announcements

• Helping maintain our online presence across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and more

• Providing ongoing feedback and solutions to ownership to support business growth

• Helping with various tasks as needed to support business continuity and ensure smooth daily operations

Who You Are

• Experienced in managing teams of 8 or more

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

• An active listener who seeks to understand before responding

• Naturally solution-oriented—you don’t dwell on problems, you bring answers

• Passionate about providing a warm, seamless client experience

• Calm, adaptable, and composed when plans change

• Comfortable stepping into any role—whether it's welcoming clients or supporting staff behind the scenes

• Motivated to grow with a business that’s building something meaningful

Preferred Tech Familiarity (Training Provided)

We regularly use the following tools to run and represent the business:

• Canva

• Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, Yelp, Apple Business

• Jane (booking and scheduling software)

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Experience with any of these is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train. What is required is a willingness to learn and the ability to comfortably navigate software and online tools.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, hourly position | $19–$25/hour, based on experience

• Flexible schedule, typically Monday–Thursday and Saturdays

• Potential to grow into a full-time, salaried position as the business expands
