Salt Life Food Shack is currently looking for an energetic, experienced Head Chef who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Heart of the House.

REQUIREMENTS: Must love the Salt Life lifestyle and possess the following:
· 5 years or more of high volume experience
· Proven record of staff training and retention
· Positive work ethic and collaborative mindset
· “All hands on deck” attitude in the kitchen, able to assist wherever as needed
· Genuine understanding of cost controls
· Ability to create operational systems and protocols
· All relevant food handling permits and HACCP standards
· Exceptional customer service and cleanliness standards
· Ability to work a flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends and holidays
