Qualifications
• Prior barista experience is required for all applicants
• Has excellent people/customer service skills
• Must have prior experience as a barista
• Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Food Handler’s Certification is required for the state you will be working in or will obtain it within 30 days post-hire
Responsibilities
•Maintains a clean and orderly workstation
• Support your team by taking joy in the tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly. These tasks may include cleaning, clearing tables and washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and organizing stations, and taking out trash.
• Cashiering as needed, take orders over the phone
• Serve food & beverages to customers
• End of shift, give a report and keep the station clean
• NO ATTITUDE
