The selected applicant is responsible for answering frontline benefit questions, attending job fairs, creating advertisements, interviewing applicants, and recruitment. Manages the employment process and the clinical student clearance process. Other responsibilities include completing projects, accomplishing team goals, achieving recruitment metrics, and completing other tasks for the effective operation of the department.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing or related field required
- Three years Human Resources experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Meditech.
