Role and Responsibilities
The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Carrier Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations. The Manager, Demand Fulfillment will manage multiple DF Account Teams and Product Categories and supervise the respective Department staff. The Manager, Demand Fulfillment will be the key point of contact for its own category. This position will also be responsible for managing Programs and Initiatives on behalf of Supply Chain and Logistics and will report to the Sr. Manager of Demand Fulfillment Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implemented strategies for regions and conducted monthly reviews to measure effectiveness.
Execution of the strategic and unlock account team's sales plan on a weekly basis.
Maintained various analytical tools based on business plans and made required business decisions.
Coordinated with various teams and developed new business models for large projects related to supply chain management
Led cross-functional teams building ground-up processes and tools (including demand forecasts, capacity plans, allocation tools, and executive reporting) for Samsung Direct to Store and Certificated Pre-Owned Projects
Responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies aligning operational capacities and service level with the company targets.
Ex ecution responsibility for demand planning, forecasting, vendor engagement / management, inventory management, maintaining customer service levels
Ensure trends, risks and opportunities are identified in advance and develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to address
Manage cross functional alignment around Supply Chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance)
Order Processing, Allocation, and Delivery Coordination
Manage Customer Sales Orders and Confirmation Process
Align Orders to Supply and Demand Plan
Manufacturing and Supply Planning with Packaging Center
Customer Inventory/Order Allocation with Carrier Account Teams
Ensure Shipment to RDD Dates with SEA Logistics Teams
Reporting and Early Warning of Late Deliveries, Inventory Shortages, Compliance Charges
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain or related field equivalent: 8 years’ experience in, supply chain management, Demand Planning, Inventory Allocation or Order Processing
Projection on Quarterly and annual revenue, profit and market share goals
Collaboration toward resolution of supply chain reliability issues
Problem solving, delivering solid recommendations/solutions, and executing upon recommendations
Proficient in SAP system; or similar ERP systems
Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.
