Full Charge Bookkeeper

For over 47 years, Samy's Camera has been the leader in sales and rentals of the highest quality imaging products and the ultimate resource for the professional and amateur photographer.  We have an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper to support our Corporate Office which is located in Playa Del Rey, CA.  This position will be responsible for help and support of all areas of Bookkeeping within our organization.

Examples of responsibilities:

·         Bank Reconciliations.

·         Credit Card Reconciliation.

·         PayPal Reconciliation.

·         Daily Bank Journal Entries and other Journal Entries.

·         Management reports.

·         GL Account Analysis in preparation for financial statements.

·         Special projects.

Requirements:

·         Proficiency in computers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Accounting Software).

·         Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in related field.

·         Knowledge of ADP Workforcenow

·         Good written and verbal communications skills.

·         Friendly demeanor and detail oriented.

·         10-Key by touch.
