Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives by managing orders.
- Process incoming sales orders and ensure they are accurately entered into the ERP system.
- Communicate with sales team members and other departments (SCM & Finance) to ensure the flow of information and updates about sales orders.
- Maintain and update customer information in the ERP system.
- Assist in preparing weekly sales reports. * Generate invoices and send them to customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in food, ingredients, and manufacturing field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills. * Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficient in Office Software (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bilingual in English & Korean
Salary Range: $55,000~ $65,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
