Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The office is not large (as many people went remote post-COVID and do not require much management); there will be about 6 people in-office, including the CEO, who you will assist.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a strong work ethic. .This role requires excellent communication, as well as typing, grammar, and software abilities.
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the office procedures and will play a key role in fostering a positive and organized work environment for a busy firm that tackles larger law firms daily.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage the incoming email flow and respond as you can and take dictation for the rest.
- Take dictation for letters and respond to inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as scanning, document management, and court filing.
- Manage calendaring and other admininstrative matters
- Implement organizational systems to improve office productivity.
- Answer phones and provide client updates with the best customer service level possible.
- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks that drain his time.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
- Provide support to upper management in various administrative functions.
- Assist with any tasks not listed that may be required for smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in clerical duties and office software applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A desire to be the best at what you do.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
