Engage with residents while assisting with daily activities. Support residents with personal care routines such as bathing, showers, and hygiene. Prepare residents for meals and escort them to activities, programs, and appointments. Assist residents with various daily needs as required. What do you need to qualify for this role? STNA certification is required for STNA positions. No certification required for Resident Care Companion roles. Previous experience in a Senior Living setting is an advantage, but not mandatory. A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping seniors are essential.
