Sandair System is looking to hire a customer service team member! We service LTL, truckload, international, and expedited logistics. Timely movement of freight and information is a key component for this position. Our office is located in Windsor CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Communicating with clients and partner stations over the phone and through email
- Tracking and updating shipments
Skills / Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
The hours for this position are 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Monday - Friday.
