Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production priorities to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Operate in a cross functional environment.
• Examine and monitor production processes to effectively plan equipment and personnel resources.
• Promote an efficient and safe work environment with emphasis on Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Manage the workforce headcount based on current and future customer demand.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
• Provide and maintain training for team leads and shop employees to ensure work flexibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production areas and warehouse.
• Conduct weekly plant meetings to provide updates and communicate any needed information.
• Actively engage with team members on a continuous basis through consistent shop floor presence.
• Responsible for maintaining a disciplined work environment in line with company policies and handbook.
• Ability to communicate and effectively collaborate with all departments within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• 5 years prior experience in Manufacturing Management
• Demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills
• Experience in an ISO 9001 environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
