Key Responsibilities
Transform Talent Acquisition:
Lead the charge in bringing top-tier talent to Sandridge, from entry-level to leadership. Own the recruitment process—from crafting compelling job postings to ensuring a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience.
Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their needs and match them with candidates who not only have the skills but fit the culture.

Become the go-to resource for employees, offering guidance, resolving concerns, and helping everyone thrive. Your focus will be on building a culture where people feel engaged, heard, and excited to come to work every day.
Mediate and resolve conflicts with a positive, solution-focused approach, ensuring our work environment remains collaborative and inclusive.
Drive Training & Development:
Empower employees to grow and excel by identifying skill gaps and creating impactful learning opportunities. Whether it’s leadership development or technical training, you’ll shape the programs that help individuals and teams reach their full potential.
Lead the performance management process, making sure feedback is timely, constructive, and aligned with our company goals.

Oversee the application of policies and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, keeping us in line with both state and federal standards.
Create a Competitive Benefits & Compensation Strategy:
Own the administration of our benefits programs, ensuring they’re competitive and comprehensive, offering health, wellness, and financial security to our people.
Work closely with leadership to develop compensation strategies that reflect our commitment to recognizing and rewarding top talent.
Analyze and Optimize HR Data:
Use data to drive decisions! Regularly assess key HR metrics like turnover, employee engagement, and satisfaction to help shape future strategies.
Share insights with senior leadership to help refine business operations, ensuring our people strategies align with company goals.
