We want a BCBA that is driven and is passionate about the work they do . This role will give the applicant opportunities for a lot of advances but flexibility in their schedule and work load.
Responsibilities:
Find ways to participate in community events.
Consult with schools on behaviors within the school.
Teach Classroom Management Skills
Conduct a functional assessment and write up a report to present to IEP meetings.
Design and oversee treatment plan for those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Train staff and caregivers on ABA principals and individual treatment plans.
Keep detailed case notes in accordance with Utah State Law and professional ethical guidelines
Effectively manage a caseload while maintaining an adequate life balance/self-care
Stay current/up to date with continuing education and licensure requirements
Engage in consultations/collaborate with other providers
Participate and contribute during team meetings
Engage in projects meant to improve service-delivery and other important areas of autism work.
Required Education and Work Experience:
Master's degree in a related field (required)
BCBA certification (required)

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour bonuses
