Job description
Sandstone Psychology is looking for a well-trained and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. You will be working for an autism department that welcomes new ideas and provides a variety of experience for BCBAs. The Nephi, Santaquin, Payson, Salem, and Spanish Fork areas are in desperate need of autism-related services, and we are committed to addressing this need. We also provide consultations to surrounding schools and provide FUBAs and administer assessments for SPED teams. Our vision is to bring on a BCBA who can help build the autism program by leading intervention sessions, provide supervision, run FBAs, and teach caregiver ABA principals.
Responsibilities:
Design and oversee treatment plan for those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Administer FBAs for schools in surrounding areas.
Train staff and caregivers on ABA principals and individual treatment plans.
Conduct intake assessments and re-assessments.
Keep detailed case notes in accordance with Utah State Law and professional ethical guidelines
Effectively manage a caseload while maintaining an adequate life balance/self-care
Stay current/up to date with continuing education and licensure requirements
Engage in consultations/collaborate with other providers
Participate and contribute during team meetings
Engage in projects meant to improve service-delivery and other important areas of autism work.
Required Education and Work Experience:
Master's degree in a related field (required)
BCBA certification (required)
