Sandy Pines Residential Treatment Center is a 149-bed Residential Psychiatric Facility servicing children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. HR Coordinator-Part-Time
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator. To assist the HR Director and HR Generalist in managing the overall function of the Human Resources Department to include; employment practices, employee relations, employee education, evaluation systems, competency tracking, and administration, coordination of benefits programs, management development, and development of Human Resource policies and procedures. This part-time opportunity in Human Recourses department offers 20 hours per week and a day shift schedule.
Qualifications:
Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of human resources/administrative office experience required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of experience in a health care setting strongly preferred. Must have general knowledge and understanding of the human resources function including federal and state regulatory compliance pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Labor regulations, employee relations and organization skills. Must have the ability to liaison between employees and management. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills and knowledge of various software systems and email required.
