What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and handling renewals.
- Assist with policy management, endorsements, and documentation.
- Support the senior account management team with day-to-day client servicing needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Handle billing, claims assistance, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST have Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines experience.
- MUST hold a 220 Insurance License (Florida General Lines License).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
