Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Orlando, FL: In-Office

Salary: Up to $95,000

Our client is seeking an analytical Senior Financial Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modeling, forecast/budgeting, and financial analysis. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
• Cash and Capital Management: Develop weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly capital expenditure forecasts to support operational planning.
• Performance Metrics: Analyze and communicate key operating performance metrics to drive strategic insights and decision-making.
• Financial Modeling: Build and refine financial models to assist management in evaluating business scenarios and opportunities.
• Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present financial performance reports for regular leadership reviews, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Data Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and evaluate past results to provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
• Collaboration with Accounting: Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Strategic Recommendations: Recommend actions by interpreting financial data, performing comparative analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes in methods or materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel modeling, SQL, or Power BI
