Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming phone calls using effective phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

Experience
