THIS IS AN ONSITE WORK POSITION
Position: Salesforce Administrator
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience
Certification: Certified Salesforce Administrator MUST Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer(Preferred)
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA)
1. Has knowledge of Salesforce and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs
2. Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
3. Strong functional understanding of object-oriented databases and systems
4. Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve
5. Ability to develop requirements for applications based on user input and needs.
6. Ability to learn quickly, contribute to a team effort and work on multiple, time-critical projects simultaneously
7. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency
8. Strong problem solving, priority setting, multi-tasking, analytical and collaboration skills
9. Ability to assist in the development of Lightning Web Components.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
1. Ability to perform backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services
2. Ability to implement Conga Composer Document Generation Solutions
3. Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX, Unit Test Development, JSON and XML
4. Development experience with Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud and SSO
