Zilliant Product Architect

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Zilliant Product Architect  to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions within the Zilliant platform to meet the pricing and sales optimization needs of our clients. As a Zilliant Product Architect, you will play a key role in shaping technical strategies, overseeing solution design, and ensuring the successful implementation of Zilliant-based initiatives.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Architecture & Design :
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design scalable, robust, and secure Zilliant solutions tailored to meet client-specific needs.
• Lead the development of data integration strategies between Zilliant and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Implementation Oversight :
• Provide hands-on leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Zilliant configuration and customization.
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment with client business processes.
• Technical Expertise :
• Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Zilliant platform capabilities, tools, and features.
• Oversee the development of custom scripts, workflows, and data pipelines as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Client Engagement & Collaboration :
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure project success.
• Deliver high-quality technical documentation and training for client teams.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members and clients regarding Zilliant use cases.
