Essential Functions / Responsibility Statements :
- Provide support to senior bankers across three industry coverage groups : Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure ("REGAL"), and Industrial Services
- Develop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis, and drafting
- Ownership of financial models and other financial analysis
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including LBO analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies
