USA IB, Financial Sponsors, IC6Country : United States of AmericaEssential Functions / Responsibility Statements : Provide support to senior bankers across three industry coverage groups : Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure ("REGAL"), and Industrial ServicesDevelop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis, and draftingOwnership of financial models and other financial analysisPerform detailed valuation analysis, including LBO analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction ComparablesSupport product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectationsAdhere to compliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policiesQualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
