Full Time Maintenance Person wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of American Canyon California, Maintenance/plumbing/electrical experience preferred.
Must have valid driver's license. Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following:
- Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager.
- Work safely and follow company policy and procedures.
- Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed.
- Grounds keeping and landscaping experience preferred.
