- Maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, guests, clients, and vendors.
- Acting as a team leader and player by providing assistance, support, and leadership to both sales and other departments.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Scheduling and conducting client tours and post-tour follow-ups.
- Negotiating client contracts within established parameters.
- Securing client bookings with appropriate documentation and payment plans.
- Continually increasing revenue through upselling.
