Job Title: Public Relations (PR) Manager

Location: On-site at 9731 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV

Compensation: $60,000/year 12% Annual Bonus (paid bi-annually)

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision (eligible after 90 days)

We are now hiring a PR Manager to take ownership of our brand visibility, messaging, and media communications across Las Vegas and beyond.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Las Vegas. You will spearhead public messaging strategies that elevate brand awareness, trust, and recognition. You’ll work closely with leadership and brand/content teams to write compelling press releases, manage public relations campaigns, build media relationships, and support internal communication efforts.

This role is fast-paced, writing-heavy, and ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing perception, and driving growth through strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with press, media outlets, and community influencers
• Write and distribute compelling press releases, talking points, and media statements
• Draft internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and employee updates
• Identify opportunities for brand mentions and public speaking events
• Coordinate PR efforts for key events, announcements, campaigns, and partnerships
• Support company presence at events, conferences, and community functions
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging and branding
• Monitor PR performance and develop reports to assess visibility and impact

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with experience in public-facing and internal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to pitch, persuade, and manage relationships
• Proven ability to manage and execute PR campaigns from start to finish
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, public sentiment, and community engagement
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT), media platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Previous PR, journalism, media, or communications experience required
• Must not be engaged in other part-time or full-time jobs—this is a dedicated full-time role
