What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative I position at Sarasota County?
PURPOSE:
This is an essential position responsible for performing a range of essential administrative duties for our Customer Service Divisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, has strong written and oral communication skills, and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Candidates should have the ability to process legal documents in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements. QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma is required. A continuing level of education is always helpful.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative experience is preferred. Cashiering experience is also preferred.
Administrative Skills:
Ability to analyze and determine next steps to provide optimal customer outcomes
Computer Skills:
Data entry into various computer programs. Ability to use Windows-based software programs10 key by Touch
