The SHA team is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Specialist (Case Manager)
who is responsible for assisting the VP of housing in performing responsible technical and public contact work to process applications for all programs within the Housing Choice Voucher Department. SHA seeks candidates who are service, and process orientated, have excellent communication skills, and possess a commitment to the SHA vision. Reporting directly to the HCV Director, the HCV Specialist (Case Manager) is a role requiring a high-level of professionalism and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration, excellent communication, organizational skills, and time management skills will be key to success. The right candidate will have strong customer service skills, phone, and online etiquette. Previous experience in the public sector or with a Public Housing Agency is preferred.
