Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting highly qualified professionals for respite care services. This role requires experience in identifying candidates who meet Level III and IV RCP credentialing requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compliance with hiring regulations.
Required Qualifications:

Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing professional candidates.
- Experience recruiting for roles requiring Level III and IV RCP credentialing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify, engage, and recruit top professionals for respite care services.
- Candidate Screening: Assess qualifications, credentials, and experience of candidates in alignment with Level III and IV RCP requirements.
- Hiring Process Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- Credentialing & Compliance: Ensure candidates meet required credentialing standards and assist in the documentation process.
- Database & Pipeline Management: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with HR and department leads to streamline recruitment and onboarding.
