Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Phlebotomist - LEAD at Greenville, SC/Columbia, SC. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Work Hours:

• Greenville, SC: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, excluding federal holidays.
• Columbia SC: Multiple shifts, 7 days a week, including federal holidays.
• Workload determined by medical care needs and written/verbal orders from staff providers.
  
  

Performance Work Statement:

• Perform duties similar to any medical center phlebotomist.
• Provide comprehensive phlebotomy services following medical and safety guidelines.
• Responsible for collecting and processing blood and urine samples, ensuring proper specimen handling, and maintaining records.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and medical policies.
  
  

Qualification:

• Expected to oversee phlebotomy operations and ensure compliance with VA standards.
• 24 months of experience or a national/state-recognized certification.
• Three letters of recommendation from lab supervisors, clinical teachers, or physicians.
• Acceptable malpractice risk to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Certification must be issued within the past 60 days before starting work.
