We are looking for an uber organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Sarepta.This position will provide support to recruiters, hiring managers, and the entire TA team to ensure that the candidates have a positive interview experience, and to maintain a smooth and efficient recruiting process. The Coordinator will also get involved in many of the talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives / projects within Human Resources. This would be an exceptionally interesting role for someone who is interested in learning about the talent acquisition lifecycle and processes while being a member of a collaborative and fun team!

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

Primary Responsibilities Include :

  • Schedule interviews and coordinatecandidate travel arrangements
  • Createcandidateinterview agendas
  • Promotean excellent candidate experience when communicating with candidatesthroughout the interview process
  • Initiate and manage the background check process, which might include working with the candidates directly to assist in verifying anydiscrepancies
  • Updatecandidate information in the company's applicant tracking system
  • Draft candidateofferlettersand submit via DocuSign
  • Assist recruitersand hiring managerswith ad hoc requests
  • Schedulefeedback sessions
  • Complete new-hire related requirements (e-Verify)
  • Assisting Operations with some onboarding
  • Provide other administrative support and project help to TA and HR where necessary

More about You

DesiredEducation and Skills Requirements :

  • 6-12 months of previous administrative and customer-service experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks preferably of a critical or confidential nature
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize own work
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Proficiency with computer systems includingMS Outlook, PowerPoint and Exceland applicant tracking systems isnecessary
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks at one time
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills

    LI-Hybrid #LI-TG1 This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and / or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time. The targeted salary range for this position is $54,400 - $68,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sarepta Therapeutics offers a competitive compensation and benefit package.
